ANWA Purchasing, done properly.
Capture instead of typing
Upload a bill or receipt. ANWA reads the text and prepares a draft bill or expense for you to confirm.
Nothing posts until you confirm
A draft never marks anything paid. You review the coding and tax first.
Approvals that route themselves
Larger bills go to the right person through the shared approval flow.
Pay in batches
Select bills, choose the date and the account, and pay them together, each one recorded properly.
From start to finish, step by step.

How does bill capture work?
You upload a PDF or a photo. ANWA reads the text and creates a draft that you confirm. If the text cannot be read, you complete the draft yourself.
Can I pay vendors from ANWA?
You can record payments and pay several bills together. Payment through a connected provider is available once you set it up.
Is there an approval step?
Yes. The shared approval flow can route bills by amount and type.
