Where it gets painful today

What goes wrong without it.

Payroll rules feel risky, and mistakes are costly.
CRA remittances are easy to miss.
Time off, onboarding and employee files live in different places.
Year-end slips are assembled by hand.
How ANWA fixes it

ANWA People and Payroll, done properly.

Payroll from current rules

CPP, EI and income tax are worked out from current Canadian rules, with the source and effective date shown. Employer portions are included.

Remittances tracked until paid

A register shows what is owing to CRA, with reminders before it is due.

HR in the same place

Org chart, directory, hiring pipeline, offer letters, onboarding checklists and time off with approvals.

Employees help themselves

A self-service portal for payslips, leave requests and onboarding forms, including TD1.

Who it helps

Built for owners, and for the firms behind them.

For business owners

Run it without the paperwork

  • Pay people on time with the records to back it up.
  • Never wonder what you owe CRA from payroll.
  • Let employees see their own payslips and request leave.
For CPAs, bookkeepers and firms

Review it, don't rebuild it

  • Review pay runs that tie to the ledger.
  • Draft T4, T4 Summary and ROE from the same records.
  • Keep employee files and remittances in one trail per client.

Questions

Good to know.

Which payroll rules does it use?

CPP, EI and federal and provincial income tax, from dated rule packs that show their source. Rates that are not confirmed are flagged and not guessed.

Does it produce T4s and ROEs?

It drafts T4, T4 Summary and ROE from your pay runs, printable as a clean sheet. Electronic filing is not part of this yet.

Do employees get a portal?

Yes. They sign in to see payslips, request time off and complete onboarding forms.
